Description

The spiral kneader IS 30 inverter is a kneader equipped with a stainless steel 304 tank with kneading capacity up to 25 kg. This machine is equipped with a spiral, a tank protection and a column "split dough" stainless steel suitable for food contact and designed to withstand strong stresses. The transmission takes place with chains and belt, in such a way as to eliminate both the need to lubricate the mechanical parts with oil and the tedious noises and expensive maintenance. The machine is equipped with a control panel and a start button, as well as a protection with micron locking for user safety. In particular, this version is equipped with an inverter that allows you to adjust the speed through a potentiometer, up to a maximum of 8.50 beats per minute (tank/spiral ratio). The inverter spiral kneader is a machine suitable for processing ingredients such as flour, sugar, fat, salt, yeast etc. for the production of dough for bread and pizza (suitable for high hydration dough, from 65% water).
