The spiral kneader IS 30 is a kneader equipped with a stainless steel 304 tank with kneading capacity up to 25 kg. This machine is equipped with a spiral, a column "split dough" and a stainless steel tank protection suitable for food contact and designed to withstand strong stresses. The transmission takes place with chains and belt, so as to eliminate both the tedious noise and expensive maintenance and the need to lubricate the mechanical parts with oil. The machine is equipped with a control panel and a start button, as well as a protection with micron blocking for user safety. In particular, this version allows the tank to complete 19 laps per minute, while the spiral performs 160 laps. Spiral kneader is a machine suitable for processing ingredients such as flour, sugar, fat, salt, yeast etc. to obtain dough for pasta, bread and pizza (suitable for high hydration dough, from 55-65% water).
