Description

The Pastalinda Classica 260 is a fresh pasta machine that features 260 mm wide stainless steel rollers. With a convenient selector switch, you can choose from 9 different sheet thicknesses and 2 cutting modes that allow you to easily and quickly prepare a sheet of pasta up to 26 cm wide, 2,5 mm tagliolini and 7,5 mm fettuccine. It is made of durable stainless steel, ensuring sturdiness, and has a non-slip base for stability during use. The package includes a steel handle, two handy clamps to secure the machine firmly to the work surface, and an instruction manual that includes some basic recipes. In addition, the accessory for making 2.5-cm square ravioli can be easily assembled thanks to a convenient attachment. Pastalinda Classica 260 is available in two colour variants: yellow and chrome.

Excellent instruction manual in multiple languages. After a few trial runs, my wife and I are consistently making spectacular fresh pasta to have in the fridge all week. It also makes plenty to take to Sunday dinner for the rest of the family. We started with 5 different dyes and can't wait to order more pasta shape dyes as birthday gifts over time. The MPF 1,5N pasta machine works really well. We have already made several types of pasta multiple times and the results have been excellent.
