Automatic forming machine for tortellini and cappelletti FK 250

The FK 250 is an automatic forming machine designed for the production of tortellini, tortelloni, cappelletti and cappellacci. The particular automatism of the tortellinatrice is able to reproduce exactly the closing of the tortellino as that carried out by the "sfogline emiliane". Easy to use, can be sanitized quickly. Thanks to an innovative solution, it allows to obtain a greater workable surface, equal to 93% of the dough. The machine can also be easily integrated into a medium-sized production system. All parts in contact with the dough and the filling are made of stainless steel or non-toxic materials, suitable for food use.

The forming machine is composed of three functional groups:
- the pulp or calibrator rolling unit
- the filling system
- the cutting and forming group.
