Description

Imperia Restaurant Manual pasta sheeter (Cod. 010 / Cod. 6010) is manufactured in Italy with great craftsmanship to guarantee its robustness and durability over time. With the help of its optional accessories (to be purchased separately), it is possible to produce an infinite variety of pasta-based first courses: spaghetti, capelli d'angelo, tagliatelle, trenette, fettuccine, lasagne etc. The Restaurant Manual is available in two different versions: with smooth rollers to obtain a smoother and more homogeneous sheet with a more "industrial" appearance or with rough rollers to obtain a more home-made effect, reproducing the result that would be obtained with the rolling pin.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.

The MPF 1,5N pasta machine works really well. We have already made several types of pasta multiple times and the results have been excellent. The extrusion quality is very good and the pasta comes out with great texture. It has been easy to use and clean, and overall the machine feels very solid and well built. Shipping to the United States went smoothly and the order arrived exactly as described. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and the service from Lineapasta.
