Automatic pasta cutter TA160

TA160 is an automatic sheet cutter made entirely of stainless steel, suitable for producing tagliatelle, tagliolini, pappardelle and sheet for lasagna and cannelloni. The machine uses a 160 mm-wide sheet of pasta (made separately), and thanks to the variable-speed pasta cutter, the desired length can be obtained. The mould, which determines the width and therefore the pasta shape, is easily interchangeable.
The machine is equipped with a pair of inverter-controlled laminating rollers, which allow the thickness of the pasta to be adjusted as desired. The conveyor belt also allows the product to be flattened and facilitates collection.
It comes with two rolling pins for rolling the pasta sheets and two perforated pasta trays.

The machine comes with an instruction manual and is built in compliance with national and international safety regulations.
