CC400 bell-shaped packaging machine

The CC400 bell-shaped packaging machine with sealing bar is ideal for long-term packaging of pasta, as it is equipped with the optional modified atmosphere function (ATM) that allows to preserve the shape and characteristics of the product. The modified atmosphere packaging on a bell-shaped packaging machine is essential as it avoids the crushing of the pasta that would happen by packaging with vacuum.
The CC400 is available with 9 pre-installed Chef Programs and it allows you to register another 20 for further preparation at the customer’s choice. This bell packing machine is equipped with a 40 cm welding bar already integrated, the body is made entirely of stainless steel and has a wireless (piston) welding system.
With the CC400 model it is possible to pack products in different types of envelopes, taking care not to exceed 2/3 of the useful volume of the envelope to ensure a correct sealing.


STANDARD FUNCTIONS

- Pre-set Chef programs for marinating, ice cream bases, infusions, pastry bases, mussels cleaning, aromatizations, special treatments, vacuum in jars and gastrovac
- Gastrovac system: it allows, together with the appropriate optional accessories (sleeve tube + gastro adapter + stainless steel trays), to vacuum and create vacuum in Gastronorm containers predisposed for this function
- Automatic start at closing of the plexiglass bell
- “Clean pump”: function that allows the self-cleaning of the pump through the regeneration of the pump oil and the removal of residual moisture
- “Heat pump”: function that allows the preheating of the vacuum pump, suitable for working at very low temperatures (10/15 °C)
- One touch system (release system with gas spring)
- Vacuum sensor and liquid sensor
- Piston welding (wireless)
- “Step vac”: function that allows to make a vacuum cycle step, ideal for emulsifiable products
- “Soft vac”: function that allows the gradual reentry of air into the vacuum chamber to avoid ruining fragile and/or soft products
- “Extra vac”: function that allows to increase the vacuum phase by 5 seconds
- Digital control panel with 10 keys and 4.3' LCD display
