Description

The gnocchi machine GN2 is suitable for the production of gnocchi made with either fresh potatoes or with gnocchi preparation and it is ideal for pasta factories, delicacy stores and supermarkets. The gnocchi produced with the GN2 are automatically extruded by the machine through the production process, moreover with this model it is possible to change the size and the gnocchi depth of the striping through the replacement of the forming group, in order to comfortably obtain dumplings with different diameters and lengths. The various components of the GN2 in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel and are completely removable, so as to make quick and easy cleaning of the various pieces.
