The ravioli machine RM17 can be combined with the presses D35 2.0 and D45-C, is an accessory designed with the aim of directly working the sheet that comes out of the two machines. The semi-automatic ravioli machine RM17 is compact, easily removable after use, easy to clean and equipped with an electric regulator to manage the amount of filling inside the ravioli. The RM17 model allows the production of double-sheet ravioli, which are cut but not separated during the production process. The RM17 model is supplied with an interchangeable mould of your choice: the available sizes are rectangular, square, triangular, round and half moon.
