Imperia La Fabbrica della Pasta Gourmet (Cod. 5501) is a manual fresh pasta sheeter with 150 mm rough rollers, ideal for creating pasta shapes that enhance the rough texture of the pasta and bring out the savory flavor of sauces and gravies. With Imperia La Fabbrica della Pasta Gourmet, you can easily make pasta sheets in six different thicknesses, as well as five types of pasta: the complete kit includes a manual fresh pasta sheeter with crank and clamp, one Duplex cutter (Lasagnette 12 mm, Fettuccine 6.5 mm), and three Simplex cutters (Trenette 4 mm, Tagliolini 2 mm, Pappardelle 32 mm). This Imperia pasta sheeter comes with an elegant wooden box for storing the machine after use.
