Imperia La Fabbrica della Pasta (Cod. 4501) is a manual sheeter for fresh pasta manufactured in Italy to guarantee its sturdiness and durability. With Imperia La Fabbrica della Pasta you can easily make six different thicknesses of the pasta sheet, as well as eight types of pasta: the complete kit includes the manual sheeter for fresh pasta with crank and clamp, a hopper, a roller cleaning brush, a protective cotton bag, two Duplex cuts (Spaghetti Ø2 mm, Tagliolini 2 mm, Fettuccine 6.5 mm, Lasagnette 12 mm), the accessory Millegnocchi (Rigatelli, Cavatelli, Gnocchetti sardi) and a mold for 24 square ravioli 34x34 mm with attached a natural wood rolling pin.

These were a lot of fun to use, although sometimes hard to fully clean. However, soaking it for a little while in baking soda + citric acid removed any stubborn bits of leftover pasta.
