Description
The Imperia RavioChef 12 Giant Ravioli ravioli mould (Cod. 7310) produces 12 mm 52x52 round ravioli. The ravioli mould is made of die-cast aluminum with a steel base, ensuring extremely easy cutting and cleaning. Raviochef are perfectly compatible with pasta sheets prepared with Imperia pasta machines, such as iPasta, Imperia Electric or PastaPresto. The design of these moulds encourages culinary creativity, allowing the user to experiment with new types of dough and fillings. Suitable for both professional and domestic use, these ravioli molds make the art of pastry and stuffed pasta accessible to all. The package includes a beechwood rolling pin.
