Pasteurizer for pasta PS100 electric or gas
Description
The pasteurizer for pasta PS100 allows to pasteurize up to 100Kg/h of fresh pasta and to increase the duration of fresh pasta in a simple and fast way. It also reduces the bacterial load by heating the product for the necessary time while maintaining the right humidity and ensuring optimal management costs. Equipped with a variable speed drive for varying the speed of the conveyor belt.
The machine has a capacity that varies from 60 kg/h to 100 kg/h depending on the product to be treated (for example various types of filled pasta such as ravioli, tortellini, cappelletti, but also non stuffed like potato gnocchi or orechiette).
The pasteurizer and the conveyor belt are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The top cover can be removed to facilitate cleaning operations. Available in two versions: electric or gas.
In the electric version, the water is heated by 3 armored resistances of 2500W each, while in the gas version the heating takes place by means of a built-in burner fueled with LPG or methane.
At the end of the conveyor belt there is a drying area with quartz lamps and a fan with a diameter of 250mm/200mm.
