Description
ET 10 model is a countertop pasta dryer specifically designed for pasta. It features four fans that, through a homogeneous airflow and humidity control, dry pasta as uniformly as the large static dryers used in pasta factories.
It includes 12 stainless steel frames measuring cm 60x40x1,5h, and an easy-to-use display allows you to easily and precisely set all parameters, such as temperature and humidity, essential for constantly monitoring the drying process and achieving the best possible results. You can also choose to independently manage the recirculation and disposal of saturated air.
ET 10 includes a pre-installed recipe for drying pasta, and the dryer allows the user to program an additional eight recipes. For each recipe, 32 distinct phases can be programmed, each repeatable 32 times. For each phase, you can set the ON time (in minutes), OFF time (in minutes), temperature (up to 70°C) and humidity (from 10% to 90%).
All stainless steel and glass parts, the internal walls, and the air filter are removable and easily washable.
