Description
Electric pasta cooker CPM/30 with stainless steel structure, Llids and baskets, 15/10 thick AISI316 stainless steel container, insulating material basket handles and lid knobs, incoloy stainless steel armoured resistances.There is a water supply faucet that can be connected to the mains and an external safety faucet. The raised exhaust has spray guard function. This model comes with a trolley, has a drain system connected to the mains and skimming system to eliminate pasta starch deposits.
The baskets must be purchased separately (CE 1/1 - 1/2 - 1/3 - 1/6).
