Description

The fresh pasta machine TR 110/S is a machine suitable for the production of fresh pasta, up to a maximum of 48 kg/h. This model is equipped with a hopper, a fan for a first drying of the pasta and a water cooling system, which allows the user to produce for several consecutive hours. The machine components are made of stainless steel, while the moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life seal seals.
The pasta machine is equipped with an electronic cutter for short pasta and there is the possibility to add an electronic cutter for long pasta.

The purchase of the trolley is strongly recommended.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

La qualità delle trafile e molto buona come anche quella della macchina. L'unico commento che ho è che il ventilatore di raffreddamento nel retro della macchina e molto piccolo e non sufficiente.
