Description

TR 110 is a machine suitable for the production of fresh pasta in various shapes, both short (such as macaroni, caserecce, fusilli etc.) and long (such as spaghetti, pappardelle, linguine etc.).
It includes an electronic cutter for cutting most short pasta shapes, a water cooling system to be able to produce for several consecutive hours and a fan at the base to give an initial surface drying of the freshly extruded pasta. On request it is possible to purchase a timer knife for cutting long pasta and a reinforced trolley that allows it to be moved more easily (given the weight of the machine, the purchase of the reinforced trolley is strongly recommended). The components in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use, while the moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life sealing gaskets.

It is possible to request the TR 110 INOX version, with the body made of stainless steel.

TR 110 doesn't include any die.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
