Description

The TRD 110 double vat pasta machine is a machine for semi-industrial productions equipped with a tilting kneading vat and an extrusion kneading vat. This fresh pasta machine has an hourly production of 34 kg/h. Thanks to the double vat, each with a capacity of 15 kg, it is possible to mix with one vat, until the second extrudes, so as to have a continuous production. It is also equipped with a water cooling system that keeps the temperature of the extrusion cylinder low, this allows you to produce for several consecutive hours without having to stop production to wait for the cylinder to cool. The TRD 110 is equipped with a fan and an automatic knife for short pasta.
The components in contact with the pasta are in stainless steel or bronze for food use, while the moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life type seals.

The purchase of the trolley is strongly recommended.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
