Fresh pasta maker TR 75

TR 75 fresh pasta machine for the production of various types of fresh pasta, available in the following versions:

- TR 75 with electronic knife for short pasta, fan, water cooling system and 1 pasta tray
- TR 75 INOX with electronic knife for short pasta, fan, water cooling system, stainless steel body and 1 pasta tray

The components in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use.
The moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life seals.
Drive with three-phase electric motor, maintenance-free transmission.
The TR 75 is equipped with height-adjustable support feet with plastic caps and the connection cable to the electrical network is of the flame-retardant type.
Easy disassembly of the work parts that allows access to each part of the machine for complete cleaning.
The machine includes a carafe for measuring liquids, a key for the ring nut and a pasta tray.
