Fresh pasta machine RZ150 - La Parmigiana
Description
The RZ150 fresh pasta machine is suitable to produce long, short pasta and pasta sheets in laboratories and pasta factories. The RZ150 model is also available with vertical extrusion head, useful to optimize the production of some shapes of pasta such as penne and paccheri. The RZ150 fresh pasta machine consists of a mixing vat with a capacity of 40 kg, equipped with a horizontal sliding bottom that allows the product to be discharged directly into the lower vat, connected to the upper vat by an extrusion channel with cooling system prepared for continuous use (24h/g). The RZ150 press is equipped with removable stainless steel blades and pins that favor a quick cleaning of the machinery, an inverter useful to regulate the speed of the extrusion vat and is equipped with an access ladder to the upper vat. The fresh pasta machine RZ150 allows vacuum extrusion, is therefore suitable for the production of dry pasta as well as mixtures with wheat flour, semolina, flour and gluten-free mixtures.
