Description
RZ100 fresh pasta machine suitable for producing puff pastry, short and long pasta, is suitable for restaurant chains with centralized kitchen and supermarkets, as well as fresh pasta laboratories. The RZ100 fresh pasta machine consists of a top mixing vat with a capacity of 25 kg, equipped with a horizontal sliding bottom that allows the product to be discharged directly into the lower vat. The two vats are connected by extrusion channel with cooling system, which allows continuous use (24h/g). The RZ100 model is equipped with an inverter with speed regulator, an access ladder to the upper vat and removable stainless steel blades and pins, which facilitate a quick cleaning of the machinery. The RZ100 press is designed for extrusion of all types of flakes and gluten-free blends, as well as traditional soft wheat flour and semolina.
