This fresh pasta extruder with a dishwasher-safe stainless steel vat can mount a cutter for short pasta to be purchased separately. The model has 75 mm diameter bronze dies and allows you to easily produce fresh pasta with professional quality.
The extruder does not include any dies.

It's been a month since I received La Fattorina with the automatic knife. It is an excellent machine, extremely robust, which produces an easy and uniform extrusion. The manual is very complete. It takes about 30 minutes to extrude 1.3 kg of fresh pasta. The automatic knife works well with dies with holes on the sides but not with those that extrude centrally (Orecchiette: automatic knife ok / Radiatori: return to manual knife).

Cela fait un mois que j'ai recu La Fattorina avec le couteau automatique. Il s'agit d'une excellente machine extrêmement robuste produisant une extrusion facile, régulière. Le manuel est très complet. Environ 30 minutes sont nécessaire pour extruder 1.3kg de pâtes fraîche Le couteau automatique fonctionne bien avec les matrices qui extrudent vers l'extérieur mais pas les matrices à extrusion central (Orecchiette: couteau automatique ok / Radiatori: retour au couteau manuel).
