IP 40 planetary mixer ideal for the needs of restaurants, bars, pastry shops, bakeries and professional activities in general. The planetary IP 40 is equipped with a reduction system with steel gears, a ventilated motor with three-speed mechanical transmission, a power take-off and a control panel with timer. The IP 40 model has a 40-liter stainless steel vat easily removable, topped by a wire grid with a security system that comes into operation when the vat is lowered and the protection is opened. Three interchangeable dough processing accessories are included with the IP 40 planetary mixer: an aluminum spatula and hook and an aluminum and steel whisk.
