Description
Extruder for planetary mixers suitable for the production of fresh pasta, applicable to the planetary mixer IP 30 and IP 40, adaptable to all mixers with a PTO 12. This fresh pasta extruder with a dishwasher-safe stainless steel vat can mount a cutter for short pasta to be purchased separately. The model has 75 mm diameter bronze dies and allows you to easily produce fresh pasta with professional quality.
The extruder does not include any dies.
