Description
Beechwood chitarra pasta cutter for homemade regional pasta recipes such as maccheroni alla chitarra, tonnarelli, troccoli, or maccheroni crioli. This tool is made of sturdy beech wood with thin stainless steel strings that allow you to roll out the pasta by placing the sheet of pasta on top and sliding the rolling pin through the metal grid. The upper strings are evenly spaced at 3 mm for tagliolini, while the lower strings are 6 mm for tagliatelle. If necessary, the stainless steel strings can be loosened or tightened using the side screws.
