Description
A 33 cm diameter perforated pizza peel made of hard-anodized aluminum, ideal for turning out, moving, and baking pizzas. Suitable for wood-fired, electric, or gas ovens. This peel is treated with an immersion electrolytic process, providing exceptional wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, and improved gliding. The front milling facilitates the sliding of dough from the surface to the peel, while the slate-colored handle features a hanging hook. The perforated plate is mounted on an ergonomic tubular rod with three high-strength rivets, for a total height of approximately 160 cm.
