Description
Imperia Raviolamp Tris is a kit consisting of three die-cast aluminum Raviolamp ravioli moulds on a steel base, ensuring easy cleaning and cutting. The package includes a beechwood rolling pin and a ravioli mould for 18 mm 60x60 Tortelli (Cod. 4315), 12 mm 52x52 Giant Ravioli (Cod. 4310), and 24 mm 34x34 Ravioli (Cod. 4304). Raviolamp are perfectly compatible with pasta sheets prepared with Imperia pasta machines, such as iPasta, Imperia Electric or PastaPresto. The design of these moulds encourages culinary creativity, allowing the user to experiment with new types of dough and fillings. Suitable for both professional and domestic use, these ravioli molds make the art of pastry and stuffed pasta accessible to all.
