Description
Pastry cutter roller for professional use made up of seven smooth 88 mm diameter stainless steel blades and derlin handles. The pastry cutter roller can be customized up to a maximum of eleven different cutting combinations thanks to twenty-six derlin spacers and two convenient allen keys supplied.
The pastry cutter roller includes: eight 0,5 cm spacers, thirteen 1 cm spacers and six 2 cm spacers.
