Description
Tagliatelle group 170 mm that can be combined with Monferrina P.Nuova and Cilindro 170 mm models. The tagliatelle group allows you to cut lasagna into three different long pasta shapes: tagliolini 2 mm, tagliatelle 6 mm and pappardelle 12 mm. This accessory does not require an external power supply but uses the motor of the machine to which it must be connected via a coupling.
Tagliatelle group can be customized with the following cutting sizes upon request: 1,5 mm, 4 mm, 8 mm, 24 mm tagliatelle and 12 mm, 18 mm and 24 mm jagged tagliatelle.
