Description
Stainless steel ricer designed for making passatelli, suitable for both home and professional use. This tool consists of a circular container with a diameter of 85 mm and two interchangeable discs with 3 mm and 5 mm holes. The perforated discs on the bottom press together to produce two different sizes of passatelli pasta. This pasta masher can also be used as a potato ricer.
