Description

Second hand La Monferrina PNuova pasta sheeter (year 2024) in good condition. It has very light scratches on the body, but these do not affect the machine's proper operation.
PNuova is a combined pasta machine equipped with a 4kg dough vat and produces 170mm-wide pasta sheets, adjustable in thickness. This machine can knead and sheet pasta simultaneously, and optional accessories can also be used to produce various extruded pasta shapes, ravioli and gnocchi. Its operation is practical and simple, and it can be completely disassembled for quick cleaning and maintenance. The pasta sheeter has an anodized aluminum exterior and stainless steel parts in contact with the dough; it complies with current accident prevention regulations.
This model does not include a pasta collection tray. It comes with a one-year warranty.

Lineapasta provides its customers with a user guide and a paper pasta recipe book for use with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.

I am very satisfied with my La Fattorina pasta extruder. The machine is solidly built, compact, and produces excellent fresh pasta. After switching to semola rimacinata, I achieved very good results with Pici and Giglio Riccio, both in shape and texture. There is a learning curve, particularly with more complex dies and the electronic cutter, but overall the machine performs very well. I would also like to highlight the excellent customer service. Francesca was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the purchasing process, while Camilla provided professional technical support, answering my questions and offering practical recommendations. Overall, a very positive experience with both the machine and the Lineapasta team.
