Description

Second hand La Monferrina PNuova pasta sheeter, in good condition, dated 2021 and with a six-month warranty.
PNuova is a combined pasta machine that combines a dough mixer and sheeter. It kneads ingredients using its 4kg vat and produces 170mm-wide pasta sheets, with adjustable thickness. This machine can knead and sheet simultaneously, and with the optional accesories it can also produce various extruded pasta shapes, ravioli and gnocchi. Its operation is practical and simple, and it can be completely disassembled for quick cleaning and maintenance. Its external frame is made of anodized aluminum, while the parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel; it complies with current accident prevention regulations.

Lineapasta provides its customers with a user guide and a paper pasta recipe booklet, designed for use with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
