Fimar Lilly PF15E is an automatic pasta machine to mix and extrude any type of flour or egg pasta in different shapes: just insert the ingredients and in a few minutes the pasta is ready in the types and sizes you want.
The machine guarantees maximum hygiene for the parts in contact with the dough are easily removable for cleaning, all parts are made in stainless steel.
Metal construction, with movements on ball bearings and lifetime lubrication, virtually maintenance-free.
Model built according to national and international safety regulations.

Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). 

Lilly PF15E doesn't include any dies.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.


TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

- Stainless steel vat and mixing shaft
- Safety microswitch on vat lid
- Lid with slits to allow the insertion of ingredients even during processing
- Fully removable vat for quick and easy cleaning


OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

- Brass-bronze dies for the production of the pasta type depending on the chosen shape
- Electronic cutter for short pasta that allows to automatically cut the pasta extruded from the machine and automate the process of production (please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert)
- Stainless steel pasta trolley (pasta trays not included)
- Perforated pasta trays
