Description
IP 20 inverter planetary mixer, ideal for pastry shops and for all those people who want a performing, reliable and high quality product. The model IP20 inverter is equipped with a 20 liter capacity vat and is equipped with an inverter, which allows you to adjust the progressive number of revolutions per minute with precision. The control panel is managed by a handy push-button panel and an integrated timer, adjustable from zero to thirty minutes or in continuous mode. The inverter planetary mixer IP20 works in combination with three supplied interchangeable accessories: a whisk, a spatula and a stainless steel spiral.
