The PL10/VAR professional planetary mixer is made of painted steel and is equipped with an electronic speed variator with invertent, digital panel control, as well as plexiglass protection.
The bowl has a capacity of 10 liters for processing different types of dough, such as for pizza, bread, biscuits, croissants, sponge cake, shortcrust pastry, meringues, purees, mayonnaise, various sauces, etc.
