Trolley for pasta made entirely of stainless steel, designed to optimize and speed up the production of short, long and filled pasta. The trolley is equipped with a rotating front shelf, useful as a foothold if necessary, and a back shelf where you can place the machinery you want to work with. The table top is mounted on a structure equipped with wheels with brake, which includes a practical seat for the supplied fixing screws. The pasta machine trolley is complete with a rack that can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 cm 60x40x7h perforated trays, which can be disassembled from the main structure to facilitate cleaning.
Perforated trays are not included with the cart.
