Description
Trolley for pasta made of metal, equipped with a removable drawer fan that allows you to dry the freshly extruded pasta by placing the perforated pasta tray on top. The trolley is of robust workmanship, it is equipped with rubber wheels that allow it to move easily, which can be blocked thanks to a special integrated brake.
Perforated pasta trays are not included with the trolley.

These were a lot of fun to use, although sometimes hard to fully clean. However, soaking it for a little while in baking soda + citric acid removed any stubborn bits of leftover pasta.
