Description
The GN/2 gnocchi machine allows the preparation of gnocchi with both boiled and mashed fresh potatoes, and with potato and flour flakes. It allows the production of two sizes of gnocchi and is equipped with a device for adjusting the size and rifling of the gnocchi. The structure and the processing block are made entirely of stainless steel, the electrical panel and the control panel of the functions with their respective safety devices are built according to the current EEC regulations. All parts in contact with the product can be easily removed for complete cleaning.

These were a lot of fun to use, although sometimes hard to fully clean. However, soaking it for a little while in baking soda + citric acid removed any stubborn bits of leftover pasta.

It fit perfectly in my extruder, which was actually a manual extruder with the same diameter as the model this was intended for. As long as the diameter is the same, it should work.
