Description
The bell vacuum machine is suitable to pack the food in a practical way and it allows the preservation time to increase, while keeping the organoleptic characteristic unchanged. Thanks to the protective atmosphere of the
inert gases and to the vacuuming, the bacteria proliferation is interrupted and all the alterations of the product to preserve are avoided. The machine is manufactured in stainless steel, with a pressed tank, an LCD display in 5 languages(Italian, English, French, German and Spanish) and a transparent Plexiglas lid. It is predisposed for the utilisation with inert gases and for the external vacuuming. The sealing bars are activated by pneumatic pistons, moreover the machine uses the oil sealed pumps by BUSCH, leader on the worldwide market.
