Counter-top electric pasta cooker station with suction hood and sauce warmers CS 4

The CS 4 countertop electric pasta cooker station allows you to prepare up to 240 portions of excellent pasta every hour and keep up to four sauces hot. The automatic pasta cooker is equipped with a patented fume extraction system to allow proper elimination of fumes without having a room equipped with a fume hood. The machine is fully automatic and saves considerable time: simply load the basket with up to 500 grams of pasta and, by pressing the appropriate button on the control panel, the cooking program will lower the basket and then raise it with the pasta already drained when the timer expires. The machine also lends itself perfectly to reheating precooked pasta. On the side of the pasta cooking tank, an automatic bain-marie system keeps up to four different sauces hot; the slit at the top of the trays allows the sauces to maintain the optimum moisture level without drying out. The machine is constructed entirely of stainless steel and can operate without connection to the water supply.

The pasta cooker is also available in a 2-basket version, ideal for those with space problems.
