The Imperia iPasta Ruvida Gourmet Black (Cod. 5141) machine is a pasta sheeter featuring stainless steel rough rollers for the production of a rustic textured sheet, perfect for enhancing the tasty flavour of sauces and gravies. Imperia iPasta Ruvida Gourmet allows you to roll out a 150 mm sheet of pasta up to six different thicknesses and is equipped with a “Duplex” cutter for the production of 6,5 mm Fettuccine and 12 mm Lasagnette. It is possible to prepare an infinite variety of pasta-based first courses such as spaghetti, tagliolini, trenette, pappardelle, ravioli, gnocchetti sardi and many other formats with the appropriate optional accessories (sold separately). This Imperia pasta sheeter is supplied with a work clamp that allows you to anchor the machine to the table and an elegant wooden box to store the machine after use. A hopper, a roller cleaning brush and a protective cotton bag are included with the sheeter. Easy to use and highly versatile, Imperia iPasta Ruvida Gourmet is available in three colors: chromed steel, black and copper.
