Description

B6 is a professional superficial pasta dryer made in Italy. Made of stainless steel, it's extremely practical and compact, providing 20% more space than plastic models.
It features 6 stainless steel frames (with a capacity ranging from 2,5 to 3,5 kg depending on the product being dried) and an electronic motor with 7 automatic programs and 5 temperature settings.
The aluminum fan is quiet and durable, thanks to ball bearings that ensure long life. The built-in timer allows for a drying time of 2 to 48 hours and also features a maintenance function. The horizontal airflow system increases efficiency and protects the product being dried.
B6 dryer dries pasta only superficially, to prevent it from sticking when displayed or packaged. It does not have a humidity control function, which is essential for perfect pasta drying.

Compact and sturdy, very very good quality of materials, I wonder if the silicone trays are included in the offer, as far as I'm concerned there weren't any in the box, I only found the envelope containing the instruction manual.

Compact et robuste très très bonne qualité des matériaux, je me demande si les plats en silicone sont incluse dans l'offre en ce qui me concerne il était pas dans le carton j'ai juste trouver l'enveloppe qui contient le manuel d'instruction.

Cleaning the dies is a bit time consuming, just follow the instructions will be fine. Next time I will try the teflon dies . Thanks Lineapasta.

Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto di questa macchina, solida e veloce nell'estrusione della pasta. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce (ho avuto problemi con la dogana indonesiana, ma non è colpa di Lineapasta). La pulizia delle trafile richiede un po' di tempo, basta seguire le istruzioni e andrà tutto bene. La prossima volta proverò le trafile in teflon. Grazie Lineapasta.
