Gas pasta cooker CPM/30DM in stainless steel structure, lids and baskets, 15/10 thick AISI316 stainless steel containers treated with special ceramic micro-sphere sanding, skimming system to eliminate pasta starch deposits, insulating material basket handles and lid knobs. There is a practical water supply faucet that can be connected to the mains on the panel and a raised exhaust with spray guard function. High yield stainless steel burners with optimised combustion under the container, with safety valve and thermocoupl. Piezoelectric ignition and pilot flame,independent power adjustment for each container(L.P.G. powered with supplied methane gas kit). It is equipped with false bottom basket rest and trolley.

The baskets must be purchased separately (CE 1/1 - 1/2 - 1/3 - 1/6).
