Description
Ventilated blast chiller G-T3 with adjustable feet and 3 tray supports, with AISI 304 stainless steel monobloc structure and scotch brite satin external finish. The internal cell has rounded corners for better cleaning; the 3 tray supports included are suitable for cm 60x40 trays (available separately). The blast chiller includes a probe for measuring the core temperature of the product and has a micro switch on the door for the evaporator fan block. Machine control is electronic with 2 operating cycles, with manual defrosting and manual emptying of the defrosting water.
