Imperia Chef in Casa 750 is a compact and reliable counter-top machine, suitable for both professional kitchens and anyone who likes making homemade pasta. Imperia Chef in Casa 750 kneads all types of flour and produces long and short pasta by simply changing the drawplate.
The machine comes with a 170mm-wide pasta sheet die and 4 standard dies. It is fitted with a complete line of accessories (which can be purchased separately). The external framework is in anodised aluminium, the parts that come into contact with the pasta are in stainless steel, and it also features a simple, ergonomic button panel, making it a reliable machine.
Attention: it is recommended not to go beyond two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). At the end of the two cycles, the machine must be switched off, carefully cleaned of any residual dough and left to cool for at least an hour.
Really a good product very good results. With friendly staff on the phone who follow you where there are difficulties. At the time of purchase they gave me information that turned out to be fair and truthful.

Everyone was great in terms of professionalism and courtesy. Machine well done and excellent quality materials. Probably too small for my needs after two hours of work needs a long break due to the achievement of high engine group temperatures.
