Description
Sinfonia Ciaopasta 2 Steel and aluminum is a professional countertop fresh pasta machine ideal for restaurants and farmhouses. This pasta machine automatically extrudes dough made with any type of flour or semolina, with or without eggs, gluten free and even special flours into different formats.
The kneading vat in anodized aluminium, has a removable hopper to allow the dough to be easily poured into it and can contain up to 2,5 kg of total dough (flours + liquids).
It is also possible to apply an electronic cutter knife to the machine for the automatic cutting of short pasta shapes such as macaroni, fusilli, caserecce etc.
The machine is equipped with a ventilated motor with oil bath gear reduction and a timed forced ventilation system that comes into operation even when the engine is off.
The Sinfonia Ciaopasta 2 is designed to allow quick and easy cleaning as the main parts in contact with the dough are removable and are also made of stainless steel.
Model built according to national and international accident prevention regulations.
The Sinfonia Ciaopasta 2 pasta machine is also available in red.
Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase).
Sinfonia Ciaopasta 2 doesn't include any die.
Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
