Electronic pasta cutter for Fimar MPF 2,5N

Electronic cutter for Fimar MPF 2,5N pasta machines, suitable for cutting short pasta shapes during the extrusion phase of the press. For this cutter to work, the machine must be set up for the electronic cutter, and therefore must be equipped with a jack and potentiometer on one side to adjust the blade rotation speed. This cutter comes with a double blade and a dedicated power cord; to operate it, simply plug it directly into the machine.

Please note: The electronic cutter for short pasta cannot be used with certain dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes with a central extrusion insert.
