Automatic crêpes machine C1 La Monferrina for 200 mm rectangular crêpes

La Monferrina C1 automatic machine for the production of 200 mm rectangular crêpes, which can be made with different ingredients for sweet or savory crêpes, with wholemeal flours, etc.
The rectangular crêpes machine produces a 200 mm wide crêpes belt, the length of which can be adjusted by a timer (minimum length 20 mm). La Monferrina C1 model is equipped with a 3 litres capacity batter tank, a cooking drum protected by a metallic grid, main control panel equipped with a working selector and a digital display to set and keep constant the cooking drum temperature. It is possible to adjust the thickness of the crêpes by adjusting the density of the batter: the more liquid the batter, the thinner the crêpe will be.
This model is available in three other versions, based on the size and format of crêpes that will be produced: 160 mm rectangular crêpes, 195 mm round crêpes or 320 mm round crêpes.
