Description
Hand extruder for fresh pasta, suitable for the production of different types of homemade pasta such as Spaghetti, Bucatini, Tagliatelle and Pappardelle etc. This little manual extruder is operated by a straight crank and it has a practical hook to clamp that allows you to fix it on any type of table. Made of polished die-cast aluminum for food, it is easy to clean. It is available in two versions: with resin screw and with brass screw, both supplied with a set of 8 dies in resin (Spaghetti Ø2,5 mm - Maccheroni Ø6 mm - Maccheroncini Ø8,5 mm - Bucatini Ø4 mm - Pappardelle 13 mm - Tagliolini 4 mm - Passatelli Ø4,5 mm - Tagliatelle 8 mm).

Great product, however if you allow me I would recommend making a block for the crank and a fastening, to be used when necessary, wider for various types of table. Best regards.
