Description
Stainless steel ricer with side holes designed for making passatelli, suitable for both professional and home use. This tool consists of a circular container with a diameter of 85 mm and 3 mm holes placed on the bottom and sides. These holes, through a pressing process, produce the passatelli pasta shape. This pasta ricer can also be used as a potato ricer. The pasta masher is available in two versions: with 3 mm holes only on the bottom or along the sides of the container.
